Owner & Founder
Tom built TNB Group with one goal: to raise the bar for roofing in Texas. With decades of experience in construction and project management, Tom leads with transparency and commitment. He believes in earning every customer’s trust the old-fashioned way, through communication, craftsmanship, and follow-through.
When he’s not on-site, you’ll find him at TNB Ranch or cheering on the TNB Motorsports team.
Kristin Dye
Operations & Client Relations
Kristin is the organizational heartbeat of TNB Group. She manages scheduling, communication, and client experience with precision and care. Her calm approach and attention to detail ensure that every project runs smoothly, from the first phone call to the final inspection.
She’s also passionate about connecting with the community and making sure homeowners feel supported every step of the way.
David Fowler
Project Management Lead
With hands-on experience across every stage of roofing, David ensures that every TNB project meets the company’s high standards. He’s known for his hands-on approach and commitment to doing the job right, no shortcuts, no excuses.
David leads the field teams with the same work ethic that defines TNB: show up, do great work, and treat people right.
